Do you offer virtual therapy?

I offer in person sessions in Surrey, BC and also virtual counselling for those located throughout BC.

What's your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is set aside just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice will be billed at the full session fee.

Do you provide direct billing?

Yes! I can direct bill to many extended health care insurance providers. Since coverage depends on your specific plan, it’s always a good idea to confirm your benefits with your provider before your first session.

Do you work with therapists outside of BC?

Absolutely. I work with therapists from coast to coast in Canada, providing both private practice coaching and clinical supervision. We meet virtually, so you can access support no matter where you live.

Do you work with independent contractor or group practice owners?

Yes! I support counsellors in private practice and independent contractors who are ready to launch their own practice. I also offer coaching for group practice owners through Group Practice Network

How soon can I start working with you?

While my schedule can get busy at times, I generally have availability to start within about a week after you contact me. I’ll do my best to find a time that works for you as soon as possible.
