Clinical Supervision Rooted in Connection, Integrity, and Growth

As a trauma-informed therapist, group practice owner, and clinical supervisor, I see supervision as more than a professional requirement—it’s a relationship grounded in mutual respect, development, and ethical care.

At its best, supervision offers therapists a safe space to grow in confidence, refine their skills, and deepen their understanding of themselves and their clients. My goal is to walk alongside clinicians—whether just starting out or further along in their journey—as they navigate the challenges and joys of this work.

My Approach to Supervision

My supervision model is relational, developmental, and practical. I draw from and Integrated Developmental Model, which recognizes that therapists need different types of support depending on where they are in their professional development. I provide clear guidance and tools for newer clinicians, while offering more reflective, consultative support for experienced therapists.

Supervision with me is about:

  • Creating a safe and collaborative space for growth

  • Helping you fine-tune your natural and taught clinical skills

  • Encouraging ethical, client-centered practice

  • Supporting you to develop confidence and clarity in your therapeutic approach

  • Exploring the "person of the therapist"—how your own experiences shape the work

  • Addressing cultural humility, social justice, and ongoing learning

I believe supervision should help you thrive—not just as a professional, but as a person who brings care, intention, and wisdom to the work you do.

Trauma-Informed and Ethically Grounded

As a trauma therapist, I bring a strong trauma-informed foundation to supervision. This means I’m attuned to how safety, trust, and autonomy show up not just in therapy, but also in supervision. I also hold ethical clarity as a core value—offering direct, supportive feedback when questions of scope, boundaries, or best practices arise.

I believe clinical supervision is a leadership role—one that demands self-awareness, emotional capacity, and a clear understanding of ethical responsibilities. That’s why I only offer supervision when I know I can show up fully, with integrity and presence.

Who I Work With

I provide clinical supervision to:

  • Pre-licensed and early-career therapists

  • Interns and practicum students

  • Therapists in group practice settings

  • Contractors and associates seeking outside or independent supervision

  • Established clinicians looking for professional consultation or reflective supervision

As the Executive Director of Panorama Wellness Group, I’ve supported many therapists in building strong, ethical, and sustainable practices. I also offer coaching for Canadian group practice owners, helping them develop systems and leadership strategies that align with their values.

Let’s Work Together
